    Very appropriate, Groucho. Song is from 1930 and we are very near to having the same economy as they had then. I’m sure they were singing it in the bread lines and unemployment offices while things got steadily worse for the next seven or eight years. I say let’s sing while we’re still in the mood.

    And you are right, in 1930 it was very bad under Hoover. Then we got FDR and Happy Days again!

    Yeah, Groucho, that was my point. We got FDR two years after the song and, just like magic, things got better eight years later. Well, except for that war thing.

    Disappointed yes, but no sour grapes. Just like warming and cooling, things will cycle back around. Bile? I think it’s just acid reflux. 8-)
