Well, one good question I’ve heard is where are the spending cut proposals from the Republicans (Boehner)? They keep railing about Obama’s “specifics.”
Meanwhile, 61% of republicans polled are willing to commit heresey and take serious consideration of Obama’s revenue raising proposals.
Two major “job creators”–Ted Turner and Warren Buffet–are in favor of tax Obama’s proposed tax increases of wealthy institutions.
For all that, the two sides are no closer to a compromise than they were two weeks ago.
