Blame it on Bush for driving them out of business with common sense. Perhaps the agency can transfer the staff to patrol the border for terrorists and drug smugglers to make them useful again, especially now that Congress is giving immigration reform another crack.

Frankly, I think it sucks that these lawbreakers may have yet another chance at amnesty while my sister-in-law in Indonesia would not have even had a path to do the same had it not been for my wife becoming a U.S. citizen, thus allowing her to petition for a green card for her sister, who is now more than halfway through a 11-year wait for that. Why do cheaters get to have the advantage in this situation?
