For breakfast I made my own concoction:
one or two (depending on size) diced potato with bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, garlic
Fry till done..(I use a lid–makes it cook faster.)
Pour on two or three whipped eggs.
    Season to taste.
    Sprinkle shreeded cheese liberally.
Slide off the skillet onto a plate.
    Yum it down.
Daughter Catpaw says it looks like rubber barf from a joke shop. I think I should copyright the receipe immediatly and start a franchise.
What to name this amazing dish? Catpaw Omelette? Catpaw Surprise? Catpaw Ambrosia?
    Any ideas?

    Dad’s Comfort.

Sounds very much like the breakfasts I make for everyone when we are camping or skiing. Except I add bacon and more bacon then put it in a warm flour tortilla and add some salsa. I’m hungry now and too tired to go to all the trouble of cooking. Where are the last of the thin mints?

Thin mints. The crack cocaine of cookies. And they only sell them during lent. Evil little girls.
A box of thin mints from the freezer and a gallon of milk. Who needs heaven.

Mrs. Catpaw bought some GS cookies. Only one box of thin mints! And ate half of them before I knew we had any. Talk about withdrawals…

Extreme self control to only buy one box.
