You can’t trust ANY media Groucho. Lets be fair. All media is in the business of making money. They don’t do that by reporting the facts. They do that by TELLING A STORY that their reading demographic will respond to. Fox isn’t the only media that resort to sensationalism. Fox airs anything that makes Obama or his associates look like dangerous lying socialist trying to destroy America while the majority of the so labeled ‘liberal media’ would have most Americans believing that the majority of gun violence is committed by mentally ill people with assault rifles. And that all priest are pedaphiles. And that ‘Big Oil’ somehow manipulate prices at the pump (which they don’t). My hope is that the next generation will be able to separate the fact from the crap and do their own investigating that goes beyond reading articles by the clearly partisan news sources or relying on wikipedia-which is basically an info-dump.

During the campaign, I spent as much time on PolitiFact as I did watching broadcast news. I watch CNN most regularly and their reporting has been skewed, more than once.
Most trusted is PBS. National Public Radio also has my most trusted regard.

HMMM why didn’t your kneejerk boy do a trust poll on MSNBC?

I wouldn’t say smarter either, I would say more gullible, entertaining the drivel that the lapdog media shoves out of it’s bowels on a daily basis, instead of keeping politicos in check, especially the ones with the D behind their name

I don’t recall 60 minutes having a 30 minute love fest full of softball questions with Bush and Rice. Do you?

My own observation is that Meet The Press holds politicians feet to the fire. It is the highest rated Sunday talk show and has been for decades. True, David Gregory is no Tim Russert but then, neither is anybody else.
Anyone who is a guest on Meet The Press has got to have done their homework. The anchor/interviewer has already done his.
