Waking around 3 a.m. , I can’t stop thinking about those last few minutes of the 20 children and 6 women who died.
For me this is where faith comes in ~ in truth I cling to this faith to stay sane.
As the terror unfolded around them , as they looked into the last face they would see~ I have faith something came to them and gave comfort. That *something* was warm, peaceful and loving ~ that they were spared what we must face.
What the parents and families will live with…

Sage, thank you for these posts. With all the yammering and posturing back and forth, we can easily lose sight of what is important about this tragedy. These little babies, in school, happy and loved, then an act so terrible and despicable that I doubt if any of can bring ourselves to think about it. I have made it a point to call my 8 y/o granddaughter every day this week and to get as many hugs as possible each time I see her. Thank you Sage.

I hear you AD~ my candles are in heavy rotation asking that this bring light 8nto every heart.
I am hard at my papier mache for stress relief.
It is starting to drain me yet in the wee hours I think of the dead, what the families are going through right now,what they will face… this is a very small gesture. Soon this will be over while they do not have that relief.
Groucho ~ that is all any of us can do.. hug her once for me.

Sage, and me? Wednesday I made scalloped potatoes and ham from scratch; yesterday Swedish meatballs. My sleep patterns have been messed up for a while.

There is a lot to do at my Yule rite tonight; a lot.
